How far in advance should I place my order?

At least three weeks in advance, however, dates may fill up quickly so it is best to reserve your date as soon as possible.

Can I send you a picture of the design I want?

You can upload a picture that can be used for inspiration, however, we prefer the artistic license to create something unique, specifically for you.

Do you offer any gluten-free options?

Unfortunately we do not at this time.

Do you have a pricing sheet?

Every product is custom designed therefore prices will vary depending on size, flavor and design complexity (basic, detailed or elaborate). Request a quote with your specific needs for more accurate pricing.

Do you need a deposit? 

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for all orders to secure your date. Remaining balance is due upon pick-up or delivery.

Do you deliver?

Yes, depends on availability for an additional fee.

​Do you ship?

No, all products are for local pick-up or delivery only.

How long does it take to make a cake?

Depending on the design details, a cake can take days to complete with up to 8 hours on just decorating time. Sugar cookies can take anywhere from 6-10 hours from start to finish. The amount of time spent depends on the intricacy of the design.
